Alqayam Foundation has a brief but profound story to tell. 50 Km from state of Nooriabad-karachi, in the late 9th decade of the last century, lived a khaskheli Tribe. Inspired by the guidance provided by divine they tamed their nourishments towards the righteous path of Islam and bade a life-over-regretting goodbye to their inglorious religion which never brought solutions and logic to them. They were Muslims now, dwelling between the misanthropic tribal backwardness which was hindering their practices and threatened their own existence. They were forced to migrate to an allocated land where there was no source of satiation, where there was no shelter and not even a single drop of basic need – water.

Alqayam Foundation, in its early days had a group of 4 vibrant youngsters, who were inspired by their own ideas and were eager to work for the suffering humanity rather than sit around the desk and declare charity. Somehow, a due to tell story, these youngsters got connected to the above discussed khaskheli tribe and managed to provide them with water wells. Water brings feasts and manifesto. The tribe itself was very creative and hardworking with their technological know how about farming and cattle breeding.
